Cosmetic Fillings

Fillings are a direct restoration using synthetic materials to fill cavities and restore teeth damaged by decay. There are different types of materials used to fill cavities. Dr. Stender uses only light cured composite resins, which are colored to match natural tooth enamel. Composite fillings are a mixture of resins and fine particles designed to mimic the color of natural teeth. These fillings provide a pleasing alternative to silver and gold alloys.
